If you make a commitment to rent your unit during the 2019-20 season, please be sure to complete the rental/sales form and submit it to Carm Albers (firstname.lastname@example.org). Our rules call for the form to be submitted at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period and must be submitted each year. We suggest you submit the form as soon as you reach an agreement with a lessee.
It is important that you provide emergency contact information for your guest and we would like you to indicate whether your guest would like to be included in the House Directory. Please see the red box at the bottom of the second page. In the past, many owners have not submitted these forms. As a result, we have had to knock on doors to meet their guests and ask for this information.
If you have submitted these forms in the past, thank you. If you have not, we forgive you. But, please understand that failure to submit this form is a violation of our House Rules and Article 20.1 (5) of our Declaration and could result in a $100 fine. Sorry, but we need to tighten up this process. The Association needs to know who is residing in your unit, for what period of time, how to communicate with the guest, and if necessary, who to contact in case of an emergency.

WE ARE SMOKE FREE
The membership of Gulf Horizons voted at a special members meeting on March 9, 2015 to amend their Declaration of Constitution.
This amendment makes the Gulf Horizons property Smoke-Free.
The vote was, 40 positive, 3 negative, and 6 abstentions
Sea Turtle Nesting Season
Sea turtle nesting runs from May 1 to October 31 each year. Attached is a letter from the MOTE Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, which includes information on preparing for Turtle Season, links to helpful sites and code enforcement. Please take time to read it.
