Effective May 1, 2014, your Board of Directors has engaged the services of Sunstate Association Management Group, Inc. (SMGI) as the management company for your community.
Construction, improvement or other alteration to property must first be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. The Application for Alterations is the first step in getting this approval.
Club Room Reservations
The Club Room consists of the lounge, the kitchen and two rest rooms. It is available for daily use only by owners in residence and renters and their guests. To make a request to reserve the Club Room, fill out and submit the Reservation Request form below.
Selling or Renting
If you wish to sell or rent your home, the appropriate form must be completed and sent to our management company (SMGI). NOTE: It is mandatory that Owners submit a Rental Form and Copy of Lease for Board approval each year.
SMGI and the Board of Directors of Gulf Horizons Condominium Association must be granted permission to enter your unit in order to perform repairs. Please fill out and return the following form so that all repairs may be performed in an timely fashion.
